Brad Simonis - Mr. Simonis is a former Vice President of Marketing for a national car wash company overseeing 34 locations. In addition to marketing for the individual sites, his duties included site assessment and business development planning for new acquisitions, re-branding initiatives, training program development and implementation, and more.
More recently, he was the CEO of Red Bus Marketing, a marketing consulting company that worked with car washes, industry suppliers and other service organizations. He sold Red Bus in early 2005. Prior to his work on the operator side of the business, Mr. Simonis was Vice President of Marketing with Blue Coral Systems (now Ecolab Vehicle Care), the largest chemistry supplier to the industry at the time.

Bill Martin - Mr. Martin is Past President of the ICA and currently the Owner/ Operator/Designer of two high volume, high profile (Metro Express) exterior car washes in Boise, Idaho.
Mr. Martin entered the car wash business in 1968 and has owned or operated over 40 car washes in his career.
He has had extensive experience in developing, building, and operating car washes throughout the country.
He built a successful high volume chain of car washes in the northwest that was purchased by Car Wash Partners, Inc. (CWP) in 1997. He went on to work for CWP acquiring car washes and developing training models for full service and exterior car washes before returning to Boise to start Metro Express.
Craig Celentano -
Mr. Celentano brings over 30 years of car wash experience to MI. Prior to opening the Metro Car Wash chain in Tucson, Arizona, Mr. Celentano served as Vice President of Operations for a national car wash chain, where he was responsible for the oversight of 34 full-service and exterior-only facilities in 5 states. In this capacity, he gained significant experience in managing different operations, in strikingly different markets, that demanded strategic direction and creative leadership.
Prior to this role, Mr. Celentano spent 20 years with Blue Coral Systems (now Ecolab Vehicle Care) as Vice President of both R&D and Sales. While in his tenure there, Mr. Celentano earned a considerable reputation in the industry for his innovative ability to clean cars in the most cost-effective ways possible.
Mr. Celentano, in partnership with Mr. Storer, owns two high-volume, full-service Metro car washes in Tucson, Arizona, where he continues to experiment with, and improve, car wash equipment, chemistry, and management systems.
Sean Storer -
Mr. Storer is a CPA who began his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions and post-merger integration. He was hired by a national car wash company where he served as Vice President of both M&A and Managerial Accounting.
Upon entering the business as an owner/operator in Tucson, Mr. Storer leveraged his financial background to develop a wide array of financial tools, appraisal models, and management assessment tools specialized for the car wash industry. These tools and programs provide significant impact on cash flow, cash controls, cost management, revenue tracking, loan procurement, and human resource administration.
Mr. Storer in partnership with Craig Celentano, owns two high-volume, full-service car washes in Tucson, Arizona where he serves as a hands-on operator.
Andy Murillo - Mr. Murillo brings over 35 years of car wash engineering and sales experience to Metro International. Following his father's footsteps, he started his car wash career working for Chem-Therm Manufacturing Company, Monrovia, CA. in the early 1970's. Sherman Car Wash Systems purchased Chem-Therm Mfg. Co. in the mid 70's. He continued working for Sherman Car Wash Systems in the engineering department as a design draftsman, while working his way through college. After spending four years in the US Air Force, he returned to the car wash industry working for California Car Wash System, Sun Valley, CA. as a design engineer. After several years he left California Car Wash System to join Hanna Car Wash System, Southern California as their Project Engineer and Sales Manager. His duties included working directly with architects and engineers designing and building car wash facilities from conception of the projects. He worked for Hanna for over 20 years, during which time he became manager of the Hanna Southern California Sales & Service Center. After Hanna closed the Sales &Service Center, he worked for JC Chemtech, as General Manager Car Wash Equipment Division and Northwest Pump & Equipment Co. as Car Wash Sales and Engineering, Southern California Division. Andy's experience and knowledge of the car wash equipment and project design has made him one of the most experience, knowledgeable, and honest individuals in the car wash industry.
Steven Marquez - Mr. Marquez has been in the carwash industry since 1994. He began his career as a draftsman/designer for a carwash manufacturing company in Southern California. He has assisted many clients through planning & consulting of carwash developments. As a draftsman/designer, he has coordinated with architects and contractors for operational designs of carwashes. His experience being part of the construction of many projects have been beneficial for clients. He has extensive knowledge in the installation, plumbing, electrical & programming of carwash equipment.
Oscar Lagarda - Mr. Lagarda brings over 17 years of car wash experience to Metro International. He started his car wash career working for Hanna Southern California Service Center in the 1980's. Working at Hanna, Oscar gained valuable knowledge and experience about the operation of car wash equipment, installation, service and repair. After leaving Hanna Oscar continued working in the car wash industry for JC Chemtech and Advanced Car Wash Solutions. Over the years Oscar has become one of the industry's most experience and knowledgeable car wash operation, installation and serviceman in Southern California. Mr. Lagarda will be working closely with Mr. Marquez to provide the highest quality of service, warranty support and installation services for Metro International's customers.
