Installation Service

Metro International provides professional, factory-authorized installation service using our own, in-house teams. Our experienced installation crews have extensive experience in installing Sonny's equipment to factory specifications to ensure all warranty requirements are met. They are uniquely qualified in their ability to work on both new sites and the retrofitting of existing sites.

Metro International offers professional conveyor car wash service for all manufacturers’ equipment packages. For our Sonny's clients, we provide free phone support and trouble-shooting as a first option. Many problems can be handled over the phone as our technician walks you through the solution to the problem to get you back up and running as quickly as possible. If the repair cannot be handled by your staff, we will send the next available technician to your site. We stock the most commonly needed parts on our service trucks and can have most other parts sent overnight to arrive the next day. Metro strongly advises all clients to become self-sufficient in the maintenance and small repair of Sonny's Equipment to minimize any down time. Service Rates

One Technician $85/hr
With Assistant  $125/hr

Truck Charge  $60
Travel Rate (one way)  $60/hr (one technician) or $90/hr (two technicians)

Service Policy

Prior to dispatching a truck and technician, Metro International requires a major credit card, which will be charged a $150 deposit. Upon arrival, the technician will assess the repair and provide a quote to complete the job. Upon completion, the customer can pay the invoice to the technician by cash or check, or they may opt to put the entire amount on the same credit card on file.
