When outfitted with new MicroClean cloth this unit will eliminate windshield "eyebrow" and thoroughly clean all top grooves. Greaseless UHMW bearings deliver greater reliability and reduced maintenance. The epoxy-painted gear box features a 2HP wash-down duty TEFC electric motor. Unit is built on the durable 4 in. x 4 in. Features a standard and reversed Wrap-Around Washer mounted to the entrance and exit of the single basket Front-To- Back Half-Moon-Mitter. Built on SONNY’S Foundation Frame™ this unit can also house OMNI High Pressure Washers, Side Washers, and Triple Foam Showerheads with no additional tunnel length. SONNY’S Light Touch Wrap-Around washer features a restricted universal joint and dampening shock system that deliver controlled action and safe navigation around mirrors, antennas, and rear wiper blades. The narrow 6-inch hub reduces hub weight for gentler cleaning. Available with an extended "Jog" frame that provides better rear cleaning and "Double Jog" arms that completely clean with no manual prepping at conveyor speeds approaching 200 cars per hour.

SONNY’S Side Washers, available as free-standing or as an attachment, features a multi-tiered hub design that changes cloth penetration, aggressiveness, and movement at different positions on the vehicle. It permits a single washer to remove heavy rocker panel dirt while delivering deep gentle cleaning around windows and moldings for maximum results in a minimal tunnel space. Available from 18” to 63” in standard PermaColor cloth or NeoGlide™or MicoClean configurations.

SONNY’S Grill Washer follows and cleans the complete front of the vehicle, safely and effectively with included NEOGLIDE foam material and angled brushes. The grill washers are gentle and cannot bend license plates since they rotate "at" the vehicle in the opposite rotation of the available Wrap-Around Washers. They provide the necessary strength to clean with absolutely no prepping. Pivoting hose mounting bracket eliminates hose chafing and extends life. Frame is built using 4 in. x 6 in. QuadX aluminum construction for stability and durability. Retract option included.

SONNY’S high-pressure Omni wash line features manifolds constructed of stainless steel for durability that are controlled by independent hydraulic motors which oscillate for greater coverage.  SONNY’S exclusive Zero Degree plus high pressure nozzles aerate water to break it apart before reassembling the stream in an elongated tip. The result is a water stream that doesn’t break apart and delivers maximum wash impact at the vehicle surface. Common configurations include the OMNI 350 with (2) Side Manifolds and (1) Top Manifold, each with 11 Zero-Degree Plus Nozzles to clean wheels and rocker panels as well as tops, windshields and back glass or the OMNI 50 featuring (2) Side Manifolds with 11 Zero-Degree Plus Nozzles that focus on wheels and rocker panels.

SONNY’S high-pressure Pendulum Wheel Cleaner tracks each wheel, following it with a high-pressure wash for a full five feet. Four spinning Zero-Degree Plus nozzles and one turbo nozzle deliver the necessary impact to loosen even the most difficult brake dust and other road grime for wheels that sparkle. Other features include a simple mechanical design that requires little maintenance and automatically adjusts to any conveyor speed. The pendulum action raises and lowers the spinning wash manifold to ensure full coverage on all wheel heights. 4 in. x 4 in. modular QuadX frame completely plumbed for reliability and fast installation.

HAL201/202 feature either one or two HALO manifolds mounted to a full arch for more difficult rinsing situations that requires additional water pressure (pressurization system is not included and needs to be ordered separately if needed.) Manifold constructed of durable attractive PVC Schedule 80 Pipe and features 16 PVDF nozzles with individual check valves for complete coverage.  Includes the QuadX Aluminum Arch.

Each Rain Manifold is 2 in. x 2 in. stainless steel with up to 400 holes to control the stream of water to the vehicle surface. Manifolds can be fed from both ends and feature stainless steel clamps to hold manifold to mounting system. Mounting systems available as free standing arches, ceiling mount, or mounted to the exit end of a mitter. Manifolds available in 2 gal/min, 4 gal/min, 8 gal/min configurations.

The SIMONIZ Tire Shiner completely automates the tire dressing application process to reduce labor, control product usage and eliminate dangerous & messy driveway run off. This also allows exterior/express car washes to participate in the highly profitable tire dressing business. The applicator can be installed in the drip area thereby not taking up any additional space in the tunnel.  All new orders include a 30 Gallon drum of Simoniz Pad Perfect dressing and lighted sign promoting the service.

SONNY’S Air dryers dry a vehicle more completely. The unique unibody plastic blower housing has no seams or plastic welds that are prone to cracking. Scrolled housing design does not restrict airflow, maximizing dryer performance and steel impellers with backward curved blades are welded on both sides for durability. System are composed of a 4-by-4 inch QuadX modular frame that can be outfitted with any combination of 10-horsepower or 15 horsepower standard, quick-set, or elephant ear blowers to maximize performance per utility dollar.

Vacuum Systems range from 10 HP to 25 HP, depending on the number of drops being serviced. All motors are made with cast-aluminum 1/2" turbine heads to improve cooling & extend bearing life. Made with heavy-duty cast iron, systems are available  in TEFC 208V / 230V / 460V and include a 2-yr warranty on the high-efficiency motor. The turbine impeller-rotating assembly is supported by (2) precision 4-bolt industrial flanged bearings with zircon fittings for lubricating. Backward curve impeller is design for greater efficiency.
The separator is made from 12-gauge steel with automotive-type finish inside & out and includes a poly-propylene, corrosion-resistant, 17-gal waste bucket with 64 sq ft of highly efficient polyester filter material. Does not include mounting stand or filter bag assembly.
